Start to finish everything was quick and easy. Item arrived on time and well packaged.

Was prompted to review so I may as well review my experience so far. I ordered a Mystery Hoodie, Mystery T-Shirt, and a deskpad all on May 30th and I have yet to receive them. My package was shipped out and spent a good long while at customs on both sides of the US/Canada border before ultimately being returned to sender for one reason or another. I contacted LTT support on 6/23 about it and heard back from them on 6/25 with my options being to receive a refund or for another shipment to be sent with the three items I had ordered, provided they still had stock to do so. I would rather have the items than get a refund as I really do need a new desk pad so I asked for a replacement shipment to be sent.

On 7/2 I heard back from customer service and had an order confirmation sent my way and on 7/6 I received an email that said "my order was on the way". It is in fact not on the way and has sat at the "Shipping Label generated" stage when I've checked tracking over these last 10 days. While I understand there's a lot going on with the aforementioned issues shipping things through the border I can't help but feel a bit of a sour taste in my mouth with the expectations set by the automated emails. I understand that items take time to ship and that just because the label has been generated that does not mean its been shipped yet, but again the expectation set by the email is that it "on the way".

I've ordered from LTT store before and have been impressed by the quality of the items I've received and that is the only reason why this review is 2 stars instead of 1. Maybe its unfair to LTT and Creator Warehouse because most of the reasons for the low score aren't their fault, but I feel like I should give an honest review of my experience thus far.
